Decorating Your Stacking Circle Box Set

“Hi, G45ers! This is Linh (@LVHandcrafted) and today I’m sharing how I’ve used the gorgeous Mon Amour Deluxe Collector’s Edition to decorate the Stacking Circle Box Set. It’s a fun, quick project. So easy that you can watch this 1-minute short reel and get the gist!

I used a couple circle dies to cut the pattern paper for the top of the lid and the inside of the box top and bottom. To line the side of the circle box, I cut a couple of 1” tall strips. You’ll need two 12” strips for the large box. (For the small box, you need two 8” strips.) From there, you can just have fun collaging and decorating the top of the box.

TIP OF THE DAY!

This is the collage I made for the inside of the lid. Does it look like there’s a solid piece of pattern paper behind the portrait squares? There isn’t. I knew most of the circle would be covered by the portrait squares, so why use a full circle of pattern paper underneath? Instead I just used scraps!

I die cut a circle from a sheet of double-sided adhesive. I peeled off one side of the paper liner and started placing my collage pieces. As I put down the portrait squares, I placed scraps of pattern paper surrounding it.
