Top 6 Off the Page Projects & Tips

We invite you to join us for our #G45OffThePage - February Challenge.  This month we want you to think outside of the 'page' and create a non-traditional scrapbook project, home decor or 3D piece and share your creations to our Official Community Page using the #G45OffThePage hashtag to be entered to win!  Winner will win a $150 prize package of Graphic 45 goodies.  To kickstart your creativity we have six stunning projects and tips below by our G45 Brand Ambassadors.

Tip 1: Add Texture with Stamps

Adding a bit of stamping to your backgrounds and chipboard creates a polished look that takes your projects to the next level.  Here spiderwebs have been stamped on top of the blue spider web paper and embossed making this project shine bright.

Tip 2: More is More

When it comes to Graphic 45 and the love of papercrafting we believe that "More is more and less is a bore." Iris Apfel
Just watch this altered clock come to life with the layers of washi, paper, chipboard, and Staples, it is an absolute delight.

Tip 3: Stay Organized with DIY Paper Suitecases

Looking for a fun and affordable way to store your embellishments?  Follow this step by step tutorial to creating your own stackable suitcase set, these are great for all your crafty knickknacks.

By Katie Z

Tip 4: Metal Staples Add Dimension

Make your projects stand out with G45 Metal Hardware.  This Hot Air-balloon uses Clock Keys in a creative way, Helping each layer pop.

Tip 5: Let the Collection Guide You

Take the collection theme and bring it to life with a 3-dimensional project.  For example, this stunning paper boat created with Sun KissedStamped Metal Brads, and some twine.

By Joanne Bain

Tip 6: Keep it Simple

Okay, more is more, but simple can be elegant too.  Try fussing cutting a few elements from your papers and adding them to shadow box style frame for a fresh new home decor piece. Voila!

By Glenys Vidal

Hope you enjoyed these gorgeous projects and fun tips!  Big thanks to all of our talented Brand Ambassadors for sharing these inspiring projects, and tutorials.  We look forward to seeing your #G45OffThePage submissions on our Graphic 45 - Official Community Page on Facebook.

These brand ambassadors have been of great inspiration for me. I have been able to go Off the page and create some useful home décor pieces as well as one solely for whimsy. I love these papers.
