#G45Tag Challenge

Set of Three Christmas Carol Tags

By Teresa Cruz aka Andor Violeta

“Hello everyone,

Christmas for me, it’s really just the best time of the year, the only thing that I don’t like it’s the cold weather… But nothing can stop my desire to play with what I like best, scrapbooking, Scrap decor, anything using the Graphic 45 papers… and nothing better than one of my favorite Christmas collections, A Christmas Carol.

So I create not one, but a set of three tags, with some beautiful papers from this gorgeous collection. I didn’t have many papers, just one in size 30*30, and some in 20*20. But they were just perfect to use with some of the Graphic 45 regular Tags in ivory.

TIP: To make many tags just like this I always prepare my elements before start adding into my project: Choose the papers for the base, and you can make them with the same base papers just like I did with my tags. I also prepare these things: fussy cut some elements from the papers, make handmade flowers, select some chipboards, ribbon, and other embellishments then is just put everything together and enjoy every step!!

The ribbons that I use on these tags have a tiny wire inside and this helps to keep the ribbon steady in the position that we want.

Choosing the ribbon to your projects is also a really important part of the process because it helps to decide the style we want to give to our project!!

I hope my tags inspire you to create!!

Any Graphic 45 Christmas collection can be used on this project, just grab your favorite and if you want you can follow my tutorial on the link after the last photo of my tags !!

Teresa your tags are wonderful very vintage and cozy. Your description did not mention what you used for the white mossy stuff and the straw like embellishments. This gives me so many ideas using this paper - and now these tags which are a gift in themselves.I know this is a busy time, just answer when you can. Thank you for sharing your ideas and Merry Christmas.

I love these tags. I have some of this paper from a couple of years ago and I would like to make some of these. Too late for Christmas this year but if I was a planner, I would start now to be ready for next year!

Love these adorable tags. The cheery colors and olde world characters are a delight. I will have to find time to sit and construct now that the holiday is over. You can never start too soon for Christmas 2020! Happy New Year to you all. Ann M
