Flower Box Pop-Up Card

Tutorial

By Vera Shelemekh

“This is my June Challenge self-portrait project as Pop up techniques keep me busy for most of my craft time.

Sometimes it’s getting tricky but this is what really trains my creativity.

The card is simple and easy to create.

Also, any floral Graphic45 collection may be used.

Tips:

-The shape of the basket may be oval with only two creases and even circle if you stick the gluing tabs further away from the spine

-Fill in the basket with fussy cut flower elements gluing them to all parts of the construction,

-Add dimension by using adhesive pads.

-Glue the highest flower elements from both parallel  sides back to back to make the basket look solid.” ~Vera

Pop-Up, Slide, & Twist Mini Album

By Vera Shelemekh

“Hello, Graphic45 fans. Today I’m excited to share my album based on the idea from Club G45 Vol 09 Pop Up Album.

I also used Magic of Oz – Deluxe Collector’s Edition to create a pop-up album but I paid more attention to photo popups. For this purpose, I made an album with extensions between pages as photo sliders and photo twisters need more space.

In my step by step tutorial, I’ll show how to make the base and a parallel photo slider with decor on top.”

Christmas Box with a Double-Sided Pop-Up Lid

By Vera Shelemekh

“This magic Christmas box can change the appearance. The secret is in a double-sided lid with a pop-up construction inside. The technique is quite simple. It is possible to add such a lid to any box or surface. Please, watch my video tutorial with the instructions.

I’ll be using my box for the storage of my Christmas scrapbook embellishments so the brand new Graphic45 Joy to the World collection is just in time.”

Tips:

  • Adhere heavy and dimensional elements only on exterior otherwise the lid won’t close.

  • Create any pop up constructions on the crease inside the lid. You may use one from my previous tutorials.

  • Use magnets to make the lid close tight ~ Vera
