Betterpress Card Tutorial: There is No Place Like Home Card
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cut a 6×6 Card from black and white cardstock.
- Cut a piece of paper from the pattern sheets in the collection to mat onto the card. Cut a frame from this
piece of paper. I used the lines on my guillotine as a guide to cut the frame.
- Emboss a piece of black and white cardstock using the Spellbinders Field of Poppies embossing folder.
Cut to fit the frame.
- Black cardstock: Highlight the top section of the embossed image with metallique wax.
White cardstock: Ink the top section of the embossed image with a red inkpad.
- Adhere the embossed image and frame to the 6×6 card.
- Adhere the ephemera pieces, die-cuts and stamped sentiment on the side of the card.
Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Papercrafting!”
