I’m thrilled to be back on the blog this month sharing this adorable floral vintagey You Brighten My Day Gift Card Holder that features the Flight of Fancy Collection.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Here is the step-by-step tutorial to recreate this You Brighten My Day Gift Card Holder at home:

Die cut the Policy Envelope from the Policy & Decorative Dies out of the Watercolour Butterfly side of the Butterfly Wishes Paper.
From the Policy & Decorative Dies, die cut the ornate frame out of the pink side of the Flight of Fancy Paper.
From the Policy & Decorative Dies, die cut the plain reinforcement out of purple paper out of the Flight of Fancy 12×12 Patterns & Solids Paper Pack.
From the purple butterfly side of the Butterfly Wishes paper, cut a piece that measures 2 ⅝” x 3 ⅝”.
Adhere the policy envelope together by putting adhesive on the bottom and right side of the envelope.
Adhere the reinforcements over the small holes on the backside of the policy envelope.
Use Foam Squares to adhere the purple butterfly paper to the front of the policy envelope.
Adhere the ornate frame to the middle of the purple butterfly paper.
Take the three flower bunch out of the Flight of Fancy Ephemera Set. Fussy cut around the image. Use foam squares to adhere to the middle of the ornate frame.
From the Flight of Fancy Sticker Set, stick the You Brighten My Day sentiment onto a piece of plain paper out of the Flight of Fancy 12×12 Patterns & Solids Paper Pack. From the cardstock stickers, adhere the two purple butterflies to the same piece of paper. Fussy cut around the images. Adhere the You Brighten My Day sentiment to the bottom of the flower bunch. Adhere the two butterflies as desired amongst the flowers.
You can add twine to the back of the policy envelope if desired.
