Surf Layout
Tutorial by Maria Smeshkova
“Hello everyone! This summer was hot and I want to save the funniest and best moments! So I decided to create a surfing layout. And The Beach is Calling collection is perfect for this.
I chose a dark blue sheet from The Beach is Calling Patterns & Solids Pack for the background. Then I tore three paper strips up and down and added them to my layout. Also I cut the big frame out from The Beach is Calling sheet (The Beach is Calling 12×12 Collection Pack) and placed it at the center. I adhered the photos on the chipboard to make volume. And I used elements from The Beach is Calling Ephemera Set and crystals from Antique Jewel Set – Ivory & Champagne as decoration.
TIP: White or black splashes will add the right mood to your project.
You can refer to my step-by-step video to see how this is done.
