50th Wedding Anniversary Album Cover & Tutorial
with Cottage Life Collection
“Hi everyone! How are you?
Today i want to share with you a project for a very special date, the 50th Wedding Anniversary that i prepare with the most recent and romantic collection, Cottage Life. This is for sure one of my favorites on my list of graphic 45 collections.
For this one, because this date is always celebrated with golden details, i add some gold here and there! I choose the square tag & pocket album in kraft, from Graphic 45 that has so many spaces for photos, it’s amazing. Let’s take a look!
You know I love albums so making one is always a pleasure. And the graphic 45 ribbons!! Another favorite!! Have you already use them on your projects? For this one i choose the blue ones, they are perfect don’t you think? The contrast between the rose, the blue and the gold are just amazing, i love it!!
I prepared a video tutorial with some tips like this one, to cut the papers to fit around the metal plate that this album has on the spine i used a vellum and trace the exact place of this. Go and check it on my video on the bottom.
Maybe at first glance you can’t tell, but this cover has some things from each of the embellishments packs, chipboard, card, and some flourish ephemera.
Let’s see my video tutorial, where i show how i made the cover front and back, and the easy tip to cover the spine. I hope you enjoy it!!
To create this project, I used this Graphic 45 products:
