Hello crafters. You may already know me as I was lucky enough to be an ambassador last year too. I’m Paul and I live in West Wales with my partner and two sons. I live in a very small town in West Wales under the watchful eye of a beautiful castle. I have been a Primary School Teacher for over 20 years and that is how I got into crafting. Those endless days spent trawling the internet for Christmas Card, Easter Cards ideas and Christmas Craft ended up opening a giant rabbit hole that I fell into and never resurfaced! I then found a friend who did classes so started attending and was hooked.Â
I started off mainly in cards but that has grown into mini books too. I started going to a local craft shop and found they did demo days. At first I was attending as a crafter but before long I was running workshops too. During COVID, these obviously stopped and so I started to film my demos. Then I started to post them on YouTube for the customers to see and to my surprise, others started watching too. It all grew from there. I thoroughly enjoyed my first term as a BA and am looking forward to all the exciting new products that are to come. I hope you continue to enjoy and be inspired by my projects. I cannot wait to continue my G45 journey and share more with you all.Â

I am so pleased to be back for a second term with G45 and my ‘self-portrait’. This book is very me as I like to use my papers economically and play with dimensions to get the most out of each sheet. This book uses 6 sheets of 12×12 so you can get at least 3 from a regular pad. I also love the G45 tags so designed this book to hold them. I decorated mine with The Beach Is Calling papers and used some ephemera and rub ones to add some extra details.Â
