“Hey Crafty Friends!
You know those cute Polaroid pics that make your heart smile? Yep, the ones you snap and then immediately worry about bending or losing? Well I made a tiny little box to keep them safe and make them look fabulous! Introducing my latest obsession: the Polaroid Box Card, made with the oh-so-pretty Season to Celebrate collection from Graphic 45.
It’s a card, it’s a gift, it’s a photo frame in disguise and it’s easier than it looks.
Let’s start this fun!
Products Used:
* Season to Celebrate 8×8 Collection Pack
* Chipboard tags & frames from the same line
* Photogenic Black Chevron Trim
* Good old Kraft cardstock
* Basic crafty tools: trimmer, scoreboard, glue, scissors, and happy vibes
Let’s Make It!
- Build the Box
- Grab Kraft paper and cut it to 11.5″ x 3.5″.
- Score at 4″, 5″, 9″, and 10″
- Fold along those lines & it should start looking like a cute flap box.
- Use a half-circle punch or die to add a thumb notch.
- Pretty it Up!
- Add some gorgeous papers from the Season to Celebrate pack. The colors are so cheerful it practically decorates itself!
- Mix patterns, go wild, no one’s judging.
- Make the Polaroid Holder
- Cut another Kraft piece to 3.75″ x 3.5″.
- Score at every 0.75” on the long side.
- Fold and glue it into a tiny box stand.
- Before you stick it inside, cut a slit on one side & that’s where your cute Polaroid will slide in.
- Decorate It
- Grab a chipboard frame and tuck a tag behind it like a little window.
- Add fussy-cut flowers
- Pop on a chipboard sentiment (mine says Season to Celebrate).
- Finish it all with a big dramatic bow using that gorgeous black trim.

This isn’t just a card but it’s a pocket of happiness. You can change the photo with the season, use it as a gift topper, or even sneak it into a friend’s bag for a surprise smile. Add it to a hamper, a chocolate box, or whatever store-bought thing you’re giving & your gift instantly becomes unforgettable.
Tag me if you do and let’s keep spreading crafty love, one tiny box at a time.
Big hugs,
