Double Pocket A2 Card

“Hi G45ers! This is Linh (@LVHandcrafted) and today I’m leveling up the Floral Pocket Card (G45 Card Kit Vol 1 2023). My first adaptation is to create a US A2 size card (4.25” x 5.5”), which is very common for those of us who like to create smaller cards. And my second adaptation is to create a double pocket. Yes! Two pockets so you can include even more tags, ephemera, journaling cards, etc.

TIP OF THE DAY!

These pockets are great for tags and bookmarks, which can be a gift unto themselves. This might also be a fun place to tuck in a gift card as well! The sky’s the limit!

Life’s a Bowl of Cherries Perpetual Calendar

Hi G45ers! This is Linh (@LVHandcrafted) and today I’m sharing a simplified version of my Flower Market Perpetual Calendar. Perpetual calendars feature a way to “set” the date by changing the day and month. The calendar doesn’t indicate the day of week or year, which makes it usable year after year.

There are a few goals I had with this version –

the wire loop binding doesn’t require any customization,
the stand is easier to wrap and create and
the size is smaller and takes up less desk space.

TIP OF THE DAY!

There are 4 numbers in the tens digit (0-3). That means there are 4 opportunities to create a seamless look with the pattern paper. I chose patterns that I liked best to feature in this way.

You could also choose special dates (like a birthday) where everything lines up to give you this seamless look.

You can use it for baby girls and baby boys alike. As well, there are some prints that aren’t baby themed at all.
