“Hi everyone!

Today I have a magic and romantic album using the amazing new collection Curiouser & Curiouser!! This collection is full of elements ready to use with the bright colours that only Graphic 45 can bring to us. I am sure you will be surprised how versatile this collection is and how it makes you dream and wonder!!

I created a full round album tutorial with this wonderful collection, inspired in Alice and the amazing wonderland world. Come with me and check all the steps toi prepare many great spots for photos on my DIY album.

For the cover you can see i used many chipaboards, because they are very resistant, and there is less chance of them being damaged by handling the album. I also add some of the old graphic 45 rose bouquet red flowers, because they match perfectly. Some tiny details like pearls, micro beads and crystals are awesome fine details to add glamour and beauty to your cover.

Tip 1: you can see this tip on the tutorial, but i will also tell you here, when you need your chipboard frame to “look bigger”, just cut in a half and separate both pieces, then add other chipboards to decorate and cover the space empty between the two half frame pieces.

Tip 2: do you like to frame your photos? The chipboard Tags & Frames are awesome details to add on your projects. The frames are already prepared to add photos on the back, and are beautifully decorated.

I used both ephemera pieces and die cutted elements from the paper collection, but i am sure i don’t really need to fussy cut at all, specially if it’s not your favorite thing to do. I recommend getting the ephemera set and the sticker set that are full of amazing details to add on your projects. You still have also rub-ons and chipboards to complete the look and add fine or resistant decorations here and there.

Tip 3: if you find is difficult to combine the papers when they are “very busy” , like this one on the photo? Grab your pattern & solids pack, especially the solids part, they are always great to contrast and pop on top of a busy page, and you still can add other elements on top. Here i cut a heart frame using basic dies and a red sheet of paper from the pattern and solids pack.

You can see another awesome detail that i use a lot, i sewed the papers with sewing machine with beige thread, i find this kind of adds texture to my albums pages, or even on card or layouts. So if you have a sewing machine try to learn basic sewing and try to sew some papers, i am sure you will love it!! In some projects you can even avoid using glue and sew instead to make pockets or add papers one to another!!

I hope you find this album inspiring and my tips useful.

This collection is so beautiful, can’t wait to see your creations!! Enjoy the tutorial!!
