“Hey Everyone!
I’m thrilled to be back on the blog this month sharing a tour of my craft room.
If you saw my craft space from last year on the blog, you’ll notice that it looks a bit different from last year. For those of you who didn’t see the post about my craft room last year, here is a bit of a back story. My husband and I moved into our home 2 ½ years ago and this room used to be green and was designed as a nanny suite. Of course I knew that it would make a great craft room. My office/craft room is ever evolving and right now I’m thrilled with how the space functions.
Sit back and enjoy your favourite beverage as I share with you a little bit about my space.

I’ve curated many pieces from different places and by far my most treasured item in my craft room is this island which sits in the middle of the room. This piece is perfect as it is a sturdy surface to work on and has a ton of storage. It’s also the perfect height if I want to stand or sit while I craft.
In front of the island, I have an old mail sorter that houses Distress Stains, a variety of paints, mixed media pastes and ribbons. In the Kallax unit it mainly houses stamps and embellishments. To the right, I have more picture ledges that are home to more sprays. To the right of the island, is my desk with my computer that I do most of my blogging and photo editing at.
On the wall to the left of the island, I’ve used a Kallax Unit from Ikea and then placed the black drawer unit that holds all of my distress inks. The Kallax unit holds a variety of embellishments, papers and decor. I also like to decorate the Kallax unit and black drawer unit with a variety of vintage items and plants. I’ve used three picture ledges to hold sprays.
Behind the island, are two Kallax units that house all of my Graphic 45 products along with a few bins of other paper, dies and some home decor. I’ve displayed quite a few vintage pieces on top of the two Kallax units.
I like to store all of the current collection’s embellishments as well as the staples in a basket together.
In the same style of basket I store all the Tags and a variety of the mini albums.
In this green bin, I keep all of the current paper collections in it.
In this polka dot bin, I store the extra mini albums in it.
The other green bins and polka dot bins hold previous paper collections as well as staples and other embellishments
Thanks so much for joining me today! I hope that my craft room has inspired you to look at furniture pieces differently and use pieces that you have at home in your craft room.”
