Alice’s Tea Party Box, Shaker Tag & Bookmark

By Scrapbooking Cecilia

“Hello crafty friends! Cecilia here with a new tutorial for you, this time my project is about how to use a collection package, and Alice’s Tea Party was the chosen, beautiful paper collection! the pastel colors and illustrations are so perfect for shabby and delicate projects, so I made first a Trifold Waterfall Folio Mini Album, then a Tag Mini Album, but I knew I wanted some special place for the tag mini album and made a working lamp to storage it, and today I share with you two tutorials, how to make an explosion gift box and a bookmark tag using my leftover papers, and believe it or not I still have enough paper to make some cards. Join me making these projects! You’ll need:

 Tips & Tricks:

TIP- To stand up your characters you can use a few things, this time I used acetate on the back as you’ll see on the video.

TIP- Probably you already know this, if you are short of chipboards make your own ones, cut 7 times the same shape and stick them together adding on the top one with decorative paper!

TIP- To make the interior box removable use some magnets, I did it in that way because I need the space to easily open the pop up cascades.

TIP- To make this window a shaker, I “opened” a little bit of space by embossing my acetates, now the sequins can move inside, and also added a nice texture.

TIP- To secure the bookmark on the page you want, I added the small tag but it is adding magnets on both tags that it is secure!

I hope all this tips are useful and you enjoy crafting with me!” ~Scrapbooking Cecilia
