“This album was such a joy to create using the beautiful Fairy Boutique collection by Graphic 45. The ethereal designs perfectly capture the whimsical, fairy tale aesthetic I love. I had so much fun layering patterned papers and ephemera to build dreamy, dimensional spreads. To add depth and texture, I incorporated mixed media elements like paint splatters and texture pastes simply to add little touches here and there to add more character.
Tip: When making your layouts and spreads, don’t be afraid to let pieces overlap or peek out from behind each other, even if it’s just a small peek. They create a really enchanting, layered effect that allows your composition to really stand out and captures your audience’s attention.” ~Janus
