#G45LeveledUp: Hello Autumn Tunnel Album

By Katelyn Spencer

“Hey Everyone!

I’m thrilled to be back on the blog this month sharing this beautiful Hello Autumn Tunnel Album that is based off of the Grow with Love – “Spring is in the Air” Tunnel Album Kit and features the Autumn Greetings Collection and 2-in-1 Tunnel & Pyramid Chipboard Albums.

Read below as I share how I modified the mini album based off of the Grow with Love – “Spring is in the Air” Tunnel Album Kit.

I will share with you below the additions or modifications that I made to each of the pages for this tunnel album. Most items on the tunnel album have been inked using Walnut Stain Distress Oxide Ink.

Page 1: I backed all of the stickers as well as the chipboard pieces using the orange solid paper out of the Autumn Greetings 12×12 Patterns & Solids Pack. The flower bunch between the Hello Autumn Banner and Pumpkin stamp is out of the Autumn Greetings Ephemera Assortment. On the rectangle chipboard piece, I added the medium size gold pearls from the Matte Pearl Gems.

Page 2:  All of the stickers as well as the chipboard pieces using the orange and green solid paper. The single flower between the Hello Autumn Banner and deer stamp is from the ephemera package. On the chipboard pieces, I added the small size gold pearls. The Pumpkin Spice chipboard pieces replace a tag flip open piece.

Page 3: To create the patterned paper piece on the tag, I chose one of the 3×4 cards and used the ATC die to cut it out. The backside of the tag as you can see in the second picture, I added a 2” x 2 ¾” photo mat out of the green solid paper. The other changes made were the fox image on the inside left of the flip out from the ephemera package, the small single flower in the top right corner also out of the ephemera package. In the bottom left corner the images are out of the ephemera package and the I love Fall sticker is from the Cardstock Stickers. I also added some green ribbon to the top of the tag.

Page 4: I added a small gold pearl to the Hello Autumn Chipboard Tag. When you open the flap, I cut two pieces that measure 2 ¼” x 3” out of burgundy solid paper, shown in the second image. In the bottom right corner, I used the flower bunch, acorn and autumn greetings stamp out the ephemera package, cardstock stickers and chipboard pieces. The stamp was backed with burgundy solid paper and the chipboard tag was back with green solid paper. In the top left corner I used two leaves out of the ephemera package and a cardstock sticker.

Page 5: I didn’t make a ton of changes to this page. The chipboard tags both got a small gold pearl along with some embellishments out of the ephemera package. I added the pumpkins please cardstock sticker to the pumpkin stamp. The photo card behind the square frame, I added a photo mat out of burgundy solid paper that measures 1 ⅞” x 2 ¼”. The single flower in the bottom right corner of the square frame is out of the ephemera package.

Page 6: The front of the ATC Tag I modified slightly and instead of using washi tape, I cut a piece of patterned paper that measures 1 ½” x 2 ½”. For the inside of the tag, I added two photo mats that measure 2 ½” x 2 ¼” out of brown solid paper. I rounded the corner to match the patterned paper. In the bottom left corner, I added a square cardstock sticker which I backed using orange solid paper, along with a border strip that measures 2 ¼” that has had the right edge notched out as well as a single cardstock sticker flower. In the top right corner The flower bunch and two acorns are from the ephemera package and the Hello Autumn is from the cardstock stickers.

Page 7: I didn’t change too much on this page. As shown in the second photo, behind the frame with the deer on it, I added two photo mats that measure 2 ½” x 2 ⅞” from orange solid paper. I also added two small gold pearls to the frame. On the square frame, I added a single pumpkin out of the ephemera package as well as the Delicious Autumn cardstock sticker.  In the top right corner, I added a small gold pearl to the tag, as well as added two leaves from the cardstock stickers. These two leaves I backed with burgundy solid paper.

Page 8:  I changed a bit on this page. As shown in the second photo, behind the grateful card, I added two photo mats that measure 2 ½” x 3 ½” from burgundy solid paper. I added two small gold pearls to all the chipboard pieces. The large pumpkin bunch came from the ephemera package. I added the pumpkin please chipboard strip to the bottom of the large pumpkin bunch. Instead of the large chipboard frame, I used a small one. On the patterned paper piece that is behind the frame, I added a photo mat that measures 1 ⅝” x 2 ⅞” out of burgundy solid paper.

Page 9: I only made a few modifications to this page.  I foam squared both the flower border strip and Hello Autumn sentiment out of the ephemera package to the top of the page. To create the patterned paper piece on the tag, I chose a piece of patterned paper and used the ATC die to cut it out. I also added the fox cardstock sticker to the front of the tag. The backside of the tag as you can see in the second picture, I chose a second piece of patterned paper and used the ATC die to cut it out.  I added a 2 ⅛” x 2 ½” photo mat out of the brown solid paper to the backside of the tag. To the left of the tag, I adhered a stamp out of the ephemera package to the left of the ATC tag. The Autumn Greetings sentiment came from the chipboard package and I used foam squares to adhere it to the bottom of the floral tag.

Page 10: I changed the flip open part slightly by adding a small pearl to the chipboard tag as well as adding a strip of patterned paper at the bottom of the flip open that measures ½” x 3” as well as adding a border strip that measures 1 ¾” notched on the left side and the pumpkins please cardstock sticker. In the second photo, it shows the photo mats that measure 2 ¾” x 3 ¾” out of orange solid paper. To the left of the flip open, I added the large pumpkin bunch, brown circle with acorns and a single green acorn out of the ephemera package. I added medium gold pearls to the Autumn Greetings chipboard sentiment, which I backed with brown solid paper. Behind the chipboard sentiment, I added a variety of leaves and an acorn bunch out of the ephemera package.

Page 11: I made a few changes on this page, I added an 8” scallop border to the top of the page. The Autumn Leaves sentiment is out of the ephemera package and foam squared to the top of the page. I layered to two frames slightly on top of one another. As you can see from the second and third photos, I used a 3×4 card, added a cardstock sticker to the top as a tab and then flipped the card over and added a photo mat that measures 2 ¾” x 3 ¾” out of brown cardstock. On the sides of each frame, I cut a wreath in half from the ephemera package and adhered. I also added a circle out of the ephemera package to above and below each wreath. At the bottom of the burgundy frame, I used foam squares to adhere the pumpkin oval out of the ephemera package.

Page 12: I left the back page just as the patterned paper.

Spine of album: Used the same patterned paper as the back page. I added the autumn leaves chipboard sentiment to the spine.

Here is the finished Hello Autumn tunnel album.
