Flutter ATC Album & Storage Box

“Hello G45 Crafters!

Today, I’m excited to share how I used the new Exclusive Flutter Keepsake Kit paper collection to design and create this beautiful ATC Album and Storage Box from Graphic 45.

The Flutter collection is packed with everything you need to bring your projects to life — a generous assortment of patterned papers, metal dies, a sticker sheet, and coordinating ephemera. The kit also includes a card inspiration guide to spark your creativity!

Here’s a quick step-by-step overview of how I decorated the box:

 Decorating the Box Cover:

1. Cutting the Papers

• • For the top and back: Cut 2 pieces at 4-⅝” x 5-⅜”.
    • On one of these pieces, lightly trace the box window and cut the center out using a paper trimmer.
  • For the sides:
    • Cut 2 pieces at 2-⅜” x 5-⅜”
    • Cut 2 pieces at 4-⅜” x 2-⅜”
  • Adhere all the pieces to the top, bottom, and all four sides of the box
    

2. Adding Decorative Borders

• Use a scalloped border punch to cut 4 strips of yellow patterned paper, each ¾ x 5-⅜” wide.
• Cut 4 strips of blue patterned paper, each ⅛ x 5-⅜” wide, and layer them over the yellow borders.
• Glue each assembled strip around the edges of the box for a detailed finish.

3. Embellishing the Cover

• • Gather ephemera, stickers, and die-cut a dragonfly to decorate.
  • Use your trimmer, double-sided tape, foam dots, bling, and glue to bring it all together.
  • Decorate as shown in the photo (bottom right).
