Magic Steampunk Alley

By Belly Lau

“Hi everyone, welcome to the magic world! I have this super fun project to share with you today, Magic Steampunk Alley, featuring Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells DCE, a playful project specially made for #g45feature and Halloween. Though this set of paper is Halloween-themed, I love the colours, blue and cutie figures so much.

Have fun, not scary home decor for your Halloween, putting your kids’ photos wearing Halloween costumes into the alley here and there. I put magnets on the floor of the blocks so that the kids’ figures can stand securely inside the blocks, but if you don’t have magnets, no problem, just let them stand freely.

The other playful thing about this project is that you can make the block one by one, and stack them as you like, you can even keep adding more blocks and photos each year to get the alley bigger and bigger, making it a Halloween Village. Graphic 45 Steampunk Spells DCE includes paper of 12 designs, every single paper can be used to be mixed and matched to cover and decorate the alley blocks.

Other than those playful blocks, I’ve made two drawers of 4×6 using the book cover cards as the front, wow, they really like books of the magical world. I love the Graphic 45 Metal Handle Sets very much, they match perfectly with the magic books, practical and decorative.

Do you love steampunk and this alley? Don’t wait, start making your magic alley and play with your kids today!” ~Belly
