I am happy to share my Wall Hook Plaques featuring the STUNNING Graphic 45 Always and Forever Rub-on Transfers.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. I used some sandpaper to sand off the image on the wooden plaque.

2. I then painted the middle section of the plaque with some chalk paint.

3. I then used a sanding block to sand off the edges of the plaque for a distressed look.

4. I then applied the rub-on transfers to the plaque layering the pieces.

5. I then fastened a brass hook to the plaque.
