#SimplyG45 – Quick & Easy Cards

Hello, G45ers!

 Welcome to a fun #SimplyG45 Card Set blog post!  Today, Pam Bray shares with us her step by step directions to Quick & Easy Cards using our Raining Cats & DogsDeluxe Collector’s Edition.  This collection is sold-out, but luckily for you, we have 9 other DCSs to choose from when recreating these handmade cards.  To go along with these great card tutorials, today we also launch our Club G45 – Volume 4 edition.  These kits will be up for grabs at 11 am PST to, April 12, 2018.  At this time we will also post three new tutorials on YouTube so you can follow along at home.  Be sure to tune in.

Raining Cats and Dogs Quick and Easy Cards

“Hi Graphic 45 Fans, I am excited to share how to create a few quick and easy cards using Graphic 45 Raining Cats and Dogs Deluxe Collection Edition…. remember any of the Graphic 45 Collections would work perfectly to recreate these cards. So, grab a paper doily, some adhesive, twine, your favorite border punch and flower to make some quick and easy card.” 
 

Tips:

  1. Stamping on chipboard tags from the Graphic 45 collections add a fast sentiment to any card.

  2. Mix different color twines to create bows creates interest to projects.

Supplies:

  • Raining Cats and Dogs – Deluxe Collection Edition
  •  Children’s Hour Stamps
  • Crochet Flower
  • Flowers
  • Scallop Border Punch
  • Kraft Paper Doily
  • Clear Gemstones
  • Red and Tan Twine
  • Black Ink
  • 2 – 5” x 6 ½” Cream Card Base

 

Lucky Dog Card:

 

  1. Add pattern paper to card base along with paper doily, banner, border strip and clear gemstones. Place sticker image on front of card with pop dots.

     

  1. Add flowers and twine bows to font of card.

     

  1. Add “Lucky Dog” Chipboard to front of card.

 

Thinking of You Card:

 

  1. Add pattern paper to card base along with Epherema Card to front with pop dots.

 

  1. Add crochet flower to front of card.

 

  1. Add twine bows.

 

  1. Stamp sentiment on chipboard with black ink. Add to front of card with pop dots." ~Pam
