"Hello fellow paper crafting peeps! In today’s tutoria,l you’re going to learn how to make this beautiful policy envelope mini album, using the Graphic 45 Regular Black Policy Envelopes.
The paper collection that I’m using is the Graphic 45 Hallowe’en in Wonderland – Deluxe Collectors Edition.
The construction to the mini album base is quite simple, and I’ve done a separate video tutorial that you can apply to any mini album size that you want to construct.
Mini Album Base Measurements and Tutorial

Two pieces of chipboard that measure 4 3/4 x 6 1/2 inches

One piece of chipboard that measures 2 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches

Join two pieces of black card stock that measure 8 1/2 x 11 inches to construct the mini album.
How to Make a Mini Album Cover for Beginners EASY
Putting Together Your Policy Envelope Mini Album
After constructing your mini album base, you are now ready to add your policy envelope pages to your mini album.
Tip: To give it an elegant look, add a topper to your policy envelopes by using your favorite metal dies or paper punches.

Trim two sheets for front and back covers at 4 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches

Binding – 6 strips cut at 6 1/4 x 3/4 inches, then score at 1/4 of an inch

Six pieces of black card stock at 4 5/8 x 6 1/4 inches

Six pieces of Graphic 45 paper at 6 1/8 x 4 1/2

Booklets – Trim black card stock at 8 x 5 1/2 inches, then score at 4 inches

Paper for booklets – Trim at 3 7/8 x 5 1/4 inches
