"Hello fellow paper crafting peeps! In today’s tutoria,l you’re going to learn how to make this beautiful policy envelope mini album, using the Graphic 45 Regular Black Policy Envelopes.
The paper collection that I’m using is the Graphic 45 Hallowe’en in Wonderland – Deluxe Collectors Edition.
The construction to the mini album base is quite simple, and I’ve done a separate video tutorial that you can apply to any mini album size that you want to construct.
