Hello, G45ers!
With the holidays just around the corner, think twice before throwing away those gift boxes and try upcycling them instead. Boxes make great home decor pieces, and come in handy for craft storage, desk organization, and jewelry boxes. Check out Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador, Anna Sigga’s Steampunk Treasure Box video tutorial to see what she has created with our Steampunk Spells collector’s edition. What collection will you use to doll up your gift boxes?
Steampunk Treasure Box
By Anna Sigga
“Hello, fellow Graphic45 lovers.
I adore everything steampunk, and this collection is one of my all-time faves. I know I say this every time, but it is true.
Even though Halloween isn’t big in Iceland, we do love all things Halloween, spooky and fabulous, so of course, I had to create something using this fab collection.
I started by picking my favourite images to fuzzy cut, and oh, how I enjoyed fuzzy cutting these pretties. I then inked all the edges of every lil piece.
I also inked all the edges of the box itself and the lid.

I measured the inside/outside of the box and the lid. Then I cut the patterned papers I wanted to use. You can find the measurements here:
The box inside:
8 ½ x 4 ¾ inches
8 ½ x 1 ¾ inches (2 pieces)
4 ¾ x 1 ¾ inches (2 pieces)
The box outside and the lid:
⅞ x 8 ¾ inches (4 pieces)
⅞ x 4 ¾ inches (4 pieces)
8 ½ x 4 ¾ inches (for the inside of the lid)
All that is left to do is to decorate the lid using those beautiful fuzzy cut images and, of course, decorate with all those fabulous G45 embellishments you have in our stash.
Happy crafting!” ~Anna
