Sun, Sand & Sea Tag Album Featuring Sun Kissed

Hello, G45ers!

 Today we have the talented Sandy Trefger to share her summery Sun Kissed Tag Album with us. This terrific gift idea makes great use of cut aparts and imagery made for fussy cutting from this colleciton. It also features some fun flower, ribbon, and twine embellishments. Sun Kissed Tag Album

“One of my favorite projects to create as a gift is the Tag Album. These are so easy to put together and quick too!  You don’t need a lot of paper to make one, especially if you use the Graphic 45 Regular Tags.  In a package you get 6 tags and one ring to attach them together.  The kraft tags make me think of the beach, and pairing them with the new Sun Kissed collection seemed natural.  This collection, of course, inspired me to do a bit of fussy cutting for some simple decorating of the pages and photo mats.

On the front of the album, I matted with one of the bright designs in the orange and then topped it off with a cut apart trimmed down to fit along with  some pretty blue flowers and button twine.
 

Tip 1:   Take advantage of the back of each tag to create a place for photos by cutting and attaching patterned paper photo mats. I like to add thicker embellishments such has the ribbons and flowers to the front of the tag page and then keep the back flat for photos by adding just a fussy cut element.

Tip 2:  You can also create small pockets such as the one in stripes under the large flower and fold some of the patterned paper into little booklets to insert into the pocket. These are great for more photos or for journaling.

This is a project you can easily finish in a few hours depending on how many details you decide to add.  And you can use any Graphic 45 collection to create a unique gift for any occasion.
