“Hi everyone, happy to be here another year!! It’s always great news to stay another year playing and working with Graphic 45 family and sharing projects with you all. For those who don’t know me, let me introduce myself:

Hi! I’m Teresa Cruz, also known in the craft world as Andor Violeta — a playful Portuguese expression that means “hurry up” or “go forward,” which perfectly matches my practical and easygoing spirit.

Since stepping into the world of scrapbooking and mixed media back in 2008, I haven’t stopped creating. My favorite projects range from albums, postcards, and tags to layouts and 3D pieces — I love exploring new ideas so I never get bored, and I’m always ready for a creative challenge!

Crafting is my therapy: it helps me feel lighter, calmer, and truly myself.

In 2019, after years of dreaming and working towards it, I proudly joined the Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador team. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful  to have been part of this creative family over the years — it has helped me grow so much as an artist and pushed me to keep evolving.

Outside the craft table, I’m a Virgo, happily married, and a mom to two amazing boys who fill my world with laughter and love.

I also work as an activity leader and promoter for senior citizens, bringing creativity and joy into their daily lives.

My biggest advice? Never give up on your dreams. Keep working for them, and sooner or later, you’ll get there!

Pop-up page Tutorial

By Teresa Cruz aka Andor Violeta

Hi everyone!

Now let’s see what i have to share with you today!!

So i prepared an album to put photos of my two boys, that is really playful and perfect, the new Hip Hip Hooray! collection. The designs are truly unique and very colourful and happy, perfect for all those childhood memories we want to treasure!!

You will see i am not sharing the tutorial of the structure of the album, because i learn to make this one in a scrap event. What i will teach you today, is how to create an interactive pop-up mechanism to make your albums or cards even more fun!

This album was a lot of fun to create, i used the chipboards, the ephemera assortment and the stickers to decorate, so for those of you that don’t like fussy cutting, you have a lot of options with Graphic 45 embellishments for each collection!

You can add this type of pop-up interactions, not only in your cards, but also inside of your albums, like i did. Really like the surprise effect of this pages.

What do you think? Do you like this project?

I hope you find this inspiring. Enjoy the tutorial!!

G45 Crafting Tip: When adding a pop-up mechanism, start simple. Use sturdy cardstock for the base and test the fold a few times before gluing it down. Want extra wow? Layer ephemera or chipboard pieces on the pop-up element to create dimension without adding bulk. Remember—small surprises make a big impact!
