Hello, G45ers!
Welcome to another fun-filled week on the Graphic 45 blog. Today, we have a special treat for you, an Upcycled Cheese Box. This home decor beauty was created using our Cafe Parisian collection by Alexandra Morein. Alexandra shows us how to take old packaging and give it new life by adding fussy cut paper embellishments and some paper clay macarons. So grab your fine tipped scissors and get ready to cut out your own embellishments from G45 papers. But first, we have our weekly blog contest to announce.

Upcycled Cheese Box with Cafe Parisian
“Hello G45!
I am happy to stop by the Graphic 45 blog today with a new cute project – an upcycled plastic cheese box, which turned into a decor piece after being embellished with the beautiful paper from the Cafe Parisian collection.
Besides different yummy elements that I’ve cut out from the paper sheets, I’ve added a little metal spoon and a tiny macaroon, which was handmade {by yours truly} out of air dry clay. I’ve used distress inks for coloring the white clay into the tone that I needed for my project.
I love the Cafe Parisian line for being so versatile and fitting any theme or occasion. Thank you, Graphic 45, for boundless inspiration and stunning designs.
This is how the box initially looked like:
Good for us, crafters, that we can transform any object into something new and beautiful.
