Faux Iris Card
Tutorial by Paul Ford
“Hello G45ers. It’s Paul back with an unexpected project. This was not my intended tutorial however I ran into a bit of a problem. I ended 2023 with a broken thumb and went into the New Year in a cast. As you can imagine, crafting was off the table whilst I got used to having a hand in a cast. Well it has come off however the album I intended doing will have to wait. I did not want to leave you high and dry so had a think at what I could maybe do which could be done with straight lines, trimmer and not too much grip or pressure needed. So I decided to make a faux Iris card. This is based on the Iris of a camera as it opens but can be made totally flat for posting. I used Let’s Get Artsy and used the ephemera pack to save on fussy cutting (straight lines are plenty at the moment).” ~Paul
