2-in-1 DIY Christmas Album

“Hi G45ers! This is Linh (@LVHandcrafted) and today I am leveling up the DIY Christmas Album (Vol 10 2022 Album Kit Project Sheet). Using the exact same album base pieces, I’ve converted the first two sections to be a pocket. This folio pocket is perfect for housing the companion star album that measures 5.5” W x 7.5” H – perfect for showcasing 4×6 photos. Star albums are compact, easy, and fast to make, and best of all gorgeous to put on display.

The waterfall pockets mechanism from the original Christmas Album design is so fun and innovative, I made sure I kept that in my version as well. However, I altered the dimensions to make mine wider and I added a 5th pocket. These pockets are great for including photo mats for additional photo placement opportunities. I’ve included photo folders that are a great size for 3×4 or 4×4 photos.

And finally, I’ve swapped out the belly band closure in the original design and opted for magnetic closures for a cleaner finish.
