Hello, G45ers!
Unwrap the magic of the holiday season with a DIY Advent Calendar with a twist, a Sunday Advent Calendar. Instead of opening 24 small gifts, open four more personal and thoughtful gifts the four Sundays before Christmas. Plus, it is topped off with this delightful large DIY box to be opened on Christmas Day. Grab a cup of tea and enjoy the video tutorial and project have been created for us by Graphic 45 Brand Ambassador, Linda Roos. Sunday Advent Calendar
Letters To Santa
By Linda Roos
“Hi! It is this time of the year…. to make a new advent calendar for my best friend! This is the 5th year I am making a countdown for Christmas for my friend, this year I am making two for a new really great friend as well.
The thing with making Advent calendars is not only that it is such a great thing to give away because they can think of our friendship all the way until Christmas. But there is also a bit of a boring thing lol, 24 mini boxes to make, gets a bit boring in the end. So this year I am making a Sunday advent calendar!
4 boxes, one for every Sunday, and then I decided to make a bigger box to put on the top as a packet for Christmas morning. But I think that one of the best parts is that the boxes are 5 x 5 and 3 inch high so I can put some really great presents for my best friends.
The measurements:
A- 8 ½ x 8 ½ (8 pieces)
B- 5 x 1 (4 pieces)
C- 10 ½ x 5
C- 10 ½ x 10 ½
D- 7 1/16 x 7 1/16
E- 11 x 11 (Chipboard 2 pieces)
