“Hi G45ers! This is Linh (@LVHandcrafted) and I’m sharing a tutorial showing how to make a custom box using G45’s medium weight chipboard and T’was the Night Before Christmas collection. These boxes are sturdy and great to use for storage, memory keepsake / treasure boxes, etc. I’m making this one as a gift box. Not only will it contain a gift inside but the box itself makes for a nice gift too!

TIP OF THE DAY!

A vertical stripe pattern works great for covering the sides of the boxes because it’s hard to tell whether the repeat pattern matches exactly. With other patterns, it’ll be more obvious the pattern doesn’t continue from side to side.
