Treat Box with Dimensional Lid Tutorial

By Scrapbooking Cecilia

“Hello G45 crafty friends, Cecilia here with this scrap treat box with a compartment under the lid, perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day or any special occasion. It’s a beautiful and different treat box that you can make easily and with a few elements, at the end of this post, you will find the measurements for the three pieces and here is the list of what I used:

I have some Tips for you:

TIP – This time I used velum to make my flowers because they look so light and delicate, perfect to match with the beautiful papers! Shape them as usual, but don’t use water, just your inks with a sponge.

TIP – The compartment under the lid is ½” deep, so keep all the embellishments in that space. I checked with my hand every time I was adding elements, specially die cuts with chipboard on the back.

TIP – Add pearls, beads and sequins in matching colors for an extra sparkling to these adorable papers.

Thank you for your attention! Get your papers and try this treat box.” ~ Cecilia
