Hello, G45ers!
We have a fantastic Friday full of floral fun for the fans today, courtesy of Brand Ambassador, Elena Olinevich. Elena has created several beautiful cards featuring, the popular Cafe Parisian collection. We love the contrast of the detailed fussy cut elements and layers on top the simple patterns. Be sure to get in on the fun with the August Challenge #G45FloralFun. Before we get started, it is time to announce this week's lucky blog prize winner.
And the winnner is….D Roepke. She said, "Such a beautiful collection! Going to use it for a large tri-fold folio 🙂 Can't wait!" Congratulations, D! Please contact info@g45papers.com to claim your prize.
This week's prize package is valued over $95 and includes three Patterns & Solids paper pads and Die-Cut Tags & Pockets from Vintage Hollywood, Portrait of a Lady, and Midnight Masquerade, along with a Deep Square Matchbook Box.
#G45FloralFun Card Set
“I like using flowers for my projects, especially cards. Recently I’ve started creating several cards at once, so it’s quite easy when you have enough flowers nearby. What I like about Graphic 45 papers most of all, is that there are plenty images to fussy cut off from the papers."
For my set of cards made for this month, I used Cafe Parisian Collection, so soft and delicate to create feminine shabby cards.
I fussy cut several roses from the papers, as well as the cupcake images and placed them on my card.
What I’ve done next is added a few paper flowers as well to make my card more dimensional.
I added many paper layers as well. I like to combine the paper layers with the fussy cut elements
To support my multi layered composition, I’ve used the chipboard for my sentiment.
There are many to choose from!
I’ve only pulled the brads through the holes to attach the chipboard and to embellish it.
