Fabric Album – Let’s Get Artsy Collection
Tutorial by Maria Smeshkova
“Hello everyone! This is Maria Smeshkova. Today I want to show you my new fabric album. I used Let’s Get Artsy paper collection for this project. I created this album for photographs I’ve brought from a trip to Holland in 2015. And I think that this paper was perfect for my idea.
The base of my pages is fabric. Then I added color using sprays. I created the texture and background using acrylic paints, paste and embossing powder. I made some backgrounds from scrapbook paper strips. The main decorative elements in the album are the frames from Let’s Get Artsy Tags & Frames set which I decorated using stamps and embossing powder.
Tips:
- Black splashes add contrast to the project.
- Covering the die-cuts with a Crackle accents will make them more wear-resistant and they will have beautiful cracks.
You can watch this tutorial on Graphic 45 YouTube channel.” ~Maria
