LITTLE ONE ACCORDION ALBUM

“Hello G45ers!

“This is Sabaa and I welcome you to my beautiful world of creativity.

The moment the child is born, the mother is also born. A mother’s love is unlike any other and our one-of-a-kind relationships can never be compared.

To celebrate this Mother’s Day, I have a special project curated for all the mothers. This project is a best gift to let the special woman in your life know how much they mean to you by showering them with love.

Where a mother can secure all her beautiful motherhood memories at one place and cherish it for lifetime.

I have used recently launched Little One Collection from Graphic 45.

I have used 12”*12” cardstock for the base and scored at 0.5”, 1.5”, 2” & 3” from all the 4 sides.

Now I will cut the corners as shown and marked with red link in the below image.

Cut all the 4 corners.

Now I will score at 3.5” & 8.5” on 2 opposite sides till 1.5” length.

Now I will cut the scored line till 1.5” and then cut diagonally as shown in below picture.

Now will fold all the scored line and start assembling and pasted the sides as shown below.

This way we will get the shadow box. We need 2 shadow boxes for one album.

Now take 12” *12” cardstock and score at 3” and 8 ¾”. Turn, score and cut at 5 7/8” from both the side.

This way we will get 2 pcs of 12” *5 7/8” from one cardstock. Now we will fold at 3” and 8 ¾” and stick it.

Same way we will make 10 pockets.

Now will attach all the pockets together making a straight line of glue.

To make the base sturdy, we will take 5 ¾” * 1 ¾” cardstock and score at 0.5” & 1 ¼” lengthwise.

Fold the scored line and attach it to the base of the accordion pockets.

Its time now to attach both the shadow boxes on both the sides.

Now we will make inserts for pockets for this I have taken 5.5” * 5.4” cardstock and decorate the top part of it using lace die cut outs.

Once done, we will decorate the inserts using pattern papers.

We will decorate the outer part of album using Little One Ephemera Assortment patter paper and also adorn the sides using vintage chain and Antique Brass Stamped Metal Brads. You can watch the video below for step-by-step tutorial.
