Happy Friday crafty friends! Today on the Graphic 45 blog we have an elegant Bird Song Mini Album housed in a decorative Sleeve. This project has been inspired by a card design from our Volume 03 – G45 Card Club kit from 2020 as a part of our #ClubG45LeveledUp series. Bird Song Mini Album Holder

“Hi Scrapper !! This is my second Club Graphic 45 Leveled Up project and I really enjoyed working on this one.

When I saw the beautiful cards that Ginger created with this amazing collection, I thought “I have to do something with these cards and finally I did the album holder with the last card design and the cover of my accordion album with the first card.

G45 Card Club Vol 03 – 2020

Take a Piece of black cardstock (10 ⅛” x 6”) and score the lines a, b, c and d, then, trim a line leaving 1” from the top edge and between the score lines a and c. Trim also another line leaving 1” from the bottom edge.

Add the edges trimmed to the 3 ⅝” section as shown in the pictures above.

Finally, add the first and the last score section as you can see in the pictures above.

This is the holder of the accordion album.

Trim the Pieces shown.

Piece 1- Harmony 12×12 – 3 ⅜” x 5 ¾”; Piece 2 – Black Graphic 45 Chipboard – 3 ½” x 5 ⅞”;

Piece 3- Harmony 12×12 – 3 ⅜” x 3 ¾”; Piece 4 – Black Graphic 45 Chipboard – 3 ½” x 3 ⅞”;

Piece 5- Tranquility 12×12 – ¾” x 3 ⅞””; Piece 6 – Black Graphic 45 Chipboard – ⅞” x 4”;

Piece 7- Tranquility 12×12 – ¾” x 5 ⅞”; Piece 8 – Black Graphic 45 Chipboard – ⅞” x 5 ⅞”.

Add the Piece 3 to the Piece 4, then, add the stamps (tranquility paper) to a piece of black chipboard, trim around leaving a thin border, then, add them to the Piece 3 and finally add a antique brass ornate metal by the middle.

Add the Piece 5 to the Piece 6, then, attach the metal door knob .

Add the Piece 1 to the Piece 2, tnen add it to the back section of the mini album holder.

Add the Piece 7 to the Piece 8, then, add it to the large border, then, add the piece with the door knob to the smaller lateral border.

Trim the Pieces:

Piece 9- Longevity 12×12 – ⅞” x 5 ⅞”; Piece 10 – Tranquility 12×12- 3 ½” x 1 ¼”;

Piece 11- Tranquility 12×12 -3 ½” x 1 ¼”.

Add these pieces as shown.

I did an Accordion Album with 8 sections, each section with 3 ⅜” x 6 ⅛”. Add your favorite papers, but leave the first and last page free.

Trim two Pieces of black chipboard (3 ⅝” x 6 ⅜”), wrap them with an orange paper, then, decorate them as shown. Add these two chipboard pieces to the last and first page of the accordion album.
