“My name is Angelique Crêté, I’m 40 and I’m French.

Because this passion constantly evolving allowing me to try new techniques and take still fun to capture our wonderful family times.

I have the chance also to teach my passion during workshop with adults but also to introduce younger.

I love sharing, this is why I created many tutorials pictures or videos that I shared on my social networks for free. It is a real pleasure to see the achievements of others thereafter, inspired by my tutorials.

I do not stop to a design style, I touch everything and I evolve according inspiration. I can create a series of cards, to layouts, altered objects, mini-album, or my favorite pastime of time creating objects completely paper, paper sculptures. This is one of my biggest strengths of design, be versatile and able to adapt myself to my inspiration, inspiration comes largely Graphic45 papers.

By cons, it is true that I evolve more easily in the world of vintage, the world of shabby. I have a great passion for it, for old things, old posters, old photos, old movies, old toys, short a source of endless inspiration.

I like to create original projects, of the plan design, and of the conception of paper project.

Romantic Wall Hanging Self-Portrait

By Boule de Scrap

Hi everyone, today I present to you my Self-portrait project.

Last year, I presented you with a creation that represented my creative styles, which you can rediscover here.

This new creation presents more of my personality, dreamy, creative and romantic.

This is a shabby, soft and romantic wall hanging, like the collection I used for this creation, Le Romantique Deluxe Collector’s Edition.

Graphic 45 Supplies:

Le Romantique Deluxe collector’s Edition

• 2 each of twelve double-sided 12 x 12-Inch papers (24 total)

• 27 die-cut chipboard embellishments

• stickers on two 6 x 12-Inch sheets

Rose Bouquet Collection Photogenic Black

Premium Double- Sided Tape 1/8″

Premium Double-Sided Tape 1/2″

Others Supplies:

Metal Circle

Lace, ribbons, wool

Embellishments

Tacky glue

Step by Step Tutorial:

  1. The first step will be to create the fringes of our awakening wall hanging. For this, you can use wool (about a pelotte), lace, ribbons, cords … But also why not more traditional, with feathers and pearls.

Each woolen thread measures 100 cm (39,37 pouces). As we are going to fold them in half to tie them, the threads will only be 50 cm long (19.685 pouce).

We attach these to the circle making a loop.

 Follow the detailed photos.

The second step will be to decorate our circle. For this, we will use our papers as much as possible.

We cut a circle (to your dimensions), and the maximum number of flowers and leaves. For that, I used a whole paper.

We glue our circle of paper on the back, and the flowers and leaves around it.

The last step will be to decorate the center of your circle. I used a plaster frame to highlight the collection’s sublime chipboards.

I hope this project, simple and quick to carry out, will inspire you. I can’t wait to discover your creations.

Happy papercrafting”
